SYNTHIC

// Protect · Hallucination Defense

Catch the lies before your customers do.

Engines answer confidently, and sometimes they are confidently wrong about you — old pricing, a discontinued product, a competitor's feature attributed to yours. Synthic crawls your site for ground truth, asks each engine about you, and checks every claim against what you actually say.

correction per inaccurate claim

01 — Ground truth

Your site is the source of truth. Literally.

At scan time Synthic crawls your pages and uses that content — and only that content — as the reference. Each claim an engine makes is a verdict against it: supported, contradicted, or not addressed. The correction for a contradicted claim is written from your own pages, so it is publishable as-is.

  • Crawled live, never cached from a previous scan
  • Claim-by-claim verdicts with the supporting passage
  • Corrections drawn from your own content

02 — Triage

Fix the brand-damaging errors first.

Wrong pricing and mistaken identity are 'high'. A slightly stale team size is 'low'. Findings land in the Action Center ranked by severity, and alerts can fire the moment a new high-severity finding appears — to Slack or email.

  • Severity: low · medium · high
  • Alert rule: engine invents something about you
