// Company
We built the GEO tool we could defend.
Synthic exists because the answer engines now decide which brands get recommended, and a visibility number you can't open is just an opinion. We wanted the raw answers, the arithmetic in the open, and a product that would rather show an empty state than a guess.
// How we build
One rule, five consequences.
Everything in the product follows from a single constraint: all functions and objectives must come from real, live data.
- 01
Real data or nothing
Every number in the product comes from a live call to an engine, a live crawl of your site, or your own connected accounts. There is no sample data, no modelled estimate and no placeholder chart — a test in the codebase fails if one appears.
- 02
Evidence is the product
A score you can't open is an opinion. Every figure in Synthic links to the verbatim answers it was computed from, with model, capture time and latency.
- 03
Official APIs, no scraping
We query engines the way their vendors intend. It costs more per answer and it is the only way to know what the engine actually returned.
- 04
Say so when it's empty
If a data provider isn't connected or an engine has too few answers to trust, the page says so. Filling a gap with an estimate would be the one thing a brand-accuracy product cannot do.
- 05
Label the future
Planned features are labelled planned, everywhere. The changelog lists only what shipped.
